I think the address should be Berstane Rd and the John Shearer a Local Petrol seller and Car dealer."
Date estimated, but is between 1965 and 1974 anyway!

Your quite right Gordon and the date would have been 1965. The £1.00 winnings would have probably bought you about 40 or 50 litres of petrol in those days!

I did no bad gettin this on the orkney communites site that close efter tae new year. Dutch's been up in Orkney in the past year doing fine wis thinkin o' comin tae bide bit changed his mind. Hoo's yer sell?
