I wonder if this is late 60's or even early 70's, those are single hose demand valves and I think the local club started out with twin corrugated hose regulators in the mid sixties. Orkney sub aqua club, that's a history still to be written, founder members were - I think - Davie Gorn, Eric Kemp, Alan Lobban + Fraser Dixon. I'm not sure if the photo is of club or working divers.

Is the registration in the dark van a J? If so that would mean in 1970-71.
Also I started diving in the late 70s and this was standard kit. I'd put it early to mid 70s
