Amazing. The 3 Chalmers lads just must be my cousins.Parents were Arnadyne and James,brother of my mum Mary who married and left Stronsay in 1923 for South Africa

Who were John Drevers parents and who did he marry?

Who was the George Drever who signed Bank of Scotlands notes 1930s to about 1943 based i believe in Edinburgh.Believed to be connected to Drevers and Chalmers of Orkney.
