Blackawall, Flotta, alongside road being constructed to a forthcoming large eyesore on top of the hill!

There's another of these on the back of the barn, with No 1 on it, only it's been placed on its side, and so it looks like this was recycled material, most likely from a nearby wartime site.
The house of Blackawall was last occupied by Lizzie and Tommy Groat, who was a colporteur many years ago.
