Date is a guess 1957. Clearing snow off Cannigall Farm road are Arnold Russell on the left and a young Thomas Russell on the right. Sadly Tommy is no longer with us,he is terribly missed by all. Added by Phil Brough.

Looking at this photo now,I would say they are digging out the Fergie diesel and trailer which would have had milk cans on board. They delivered their milk daily to the Cheese Factory. Normally they used a van but the tractor and trailer in heavy snow, Cannigall's Road was notorious for filling in with snow in Northerly wind.Added by Phil Brough.
