This one shows the building that preceded the current Kiln Corner housing and office development near completion. Note also Johnstone's Tyre Service next door.

The shop on the corner was J.B.WYLIE FLESHER AND BUTCHER.The brown door on the Burnmouth Road side was the side enterance to the shop.If I`m correct his part-time boy was Alan Miller who was lost on Piper Alpha.
