I'm trying to trace who the gentleman is receiving the handshake from Graham Hutcheon (left) and when it was taken so I can log it in the Highland Park Archive, any help appreciated

The gentleman is question is Dwight Heddle, who worked at the Highland. I do not know the year unfortunately
