A belated post in connection with Neil Johnstone's comment on picture #27357.
I grabbed this 'opportunity' shot of a half-inch long silverfish a few years ago, on an occasion when I didn't have proper close-up camera accessories with me. Sorry about the poor quality. While it could be called a 'forky-tail', it's clearly different from a bristletail.
