This is a Kirkwall Grammar School class photo which includes my dad, Alfred Jones Foulis (more usually known as Alfie Foulis - seen here at the right-hand end of the top row). I believe that he left school at the age of 15 and I'm guessing that this is his final year photo, so that would place it about 1936. I have no idea who his classmates are, and would be interested to hear from anybody who recognises a relative from an old photo perhaps.

I'd be interested to know if anyone has the names of the people in this photo. I suspect I might have some relatives in this photo, but nobody in my family can confirm this.
