This has certainly brought the Anonymouses (Anonymice?) out of the woodwork. Yes, it's a moth trap operated by Sydney Gauld (right) with Brian Ribbands helping and my son John (left) an interested, if impecunious, observer. Waiting to see the exciting and exotic moths that may have been attracted to the trap can give you butterflies in the stomach. Photo taken 2002 at Redland, Firth.
