Iolanthe!

I make no apologies for sending this picture,a copy of picture #24925 and picture #25043.
To me this proves that Sheana Swanson's wig must have been that colour originally.
I am very grateful to Mrs Muriel Gray of Kirkwall whose photo this is and, also for the pages of the programme, which will accompany this file.

The opera was Iolanthe,produced by Mrs Ida Walton,and was presented by The Music Club.I know nothing of this club,but suspect that it was a Kirkwall/Stromness group reading between the lines of the programme.

The date of this production is at present in some doubt,but I hope to add it at a later date.
