Lt Cdr Paul Maynard does his first live boarding as a boarding officer in Scapa Flow.they were required to go out and inspect the Naval control of Shipping books on board and brief the masters in time of war. I don't think he enjoyed it much, and it was flat calm and the ship was at anchor.
