The chap on the left has a backpack on. He isn't the world's first BASE jumper is he?

Jimmy Hamilton is close: they're looking for Shag nestlings to ring. But the main question was where? It's Muckle Skerry (Pentland Skerries). The intrepid (daft?) gentlemen are Bob Adam (left) and Brian Ribbands.
