Its the old Scilly Isles boat the Scillonian renamed the 'Syllingar' which ran for a few years between Kirkwall and Scalloway.

That is certainly the Syllingar, originally Scillonian 2, also formerly Devonian. She became the Remvi and ran from Brindisi to Capri and then ended up on the coast of West Africa. Returning to the Mediterranean, she was abandoned in a Black Sea port. (I owned her as the Syllingar, which is the Norse name for he Scilly Isles), reopening the then long dead route between Orkney and Shetland. We ran from Kirkwall to Scalloway via Pierowall.)
