Comments:
Jim, could that be Charlie Devin, then Bill Caithness, and then John Chalmers at the back ?
Added by Bill Miller on 23 December 2008
Jim, we think it's John Price from School Brae and not Johnny Peace?
Child with light coloured hair nearest the camera - Hilary Groat??
Added by Rob Miller on 30 January 2009
Im sure that that is Johnny Peace. John Price would be much younger. Hilary and John Price are roughly the same age, maybe about fourteen or so when the photo was taken, so unlikely to be either of them

As if I would know! Further consultation with M.I.L. needed me thinks!
Added by Rob Miller on 05 February 2009
I would agree with Jim that it is Johnny Peace, and not Pricey.

Well , it doesn`t look like my Mum ( Hilary Groat )and I wouldn`t want to say how old she is , but come September 1954 she might have been 16 . It is definitely the Rev. Fox and John Dennison though .
