Bellringer's chair

From this chair a dextrous bellringer can ring three (or four?) bells at once. I understand this is quite unusual, and clearly quite loud, judgung by the presence of the ear defenders.

This is a typical Scandinavian method of bellringing, I might be wrong but I think that St Magnus is the only example of this method in the British Isles.
