Cathedral stained glass windows

Pictured are two windows which are not in place for some reason. Were they spare, or have they been repaired. Has Ezekiel fallen out of favour with the church?

Comments:
There are four stained glass windows that have never been installed The windows were made by Oscar Patterson in Glasgow and were not installed as there are no vacant plain glass windows that size to replace. Two are on display and the other two are still in packing cases.
