Date an estimate but not too far out as I only lived in the village 1982-87. The corner at The Inn was under water that day. Picture was taken at the old boatshed as you head towards the Ness. Rabbits along this area were homeless - dog didn't go without food for a few days! Earlier in the morning the scene was far more spectacular, at times the gable end of Nancy Corbett's cottage couldn't be seen for spray/waves. Surprised the window didn't get smashed.
