A Tom Kent picture.

This time we look from Bridge Street to the Peedie Sea, and can note the incredible density of building either side of Bridge Street. The Albert car park fills a lot of that space now. There seems to be a big 4 storey building at Garden's that I am unfamiliar with- was this burnt down?

Yes the four-storey building is the one I mentioned in my comment of 4th February on picture #62. You can also see the two wings running end-on to the street, and Garden's two extensions to the left of them, the leftmost being the shop in picture #62 (you can just make out the chimney casting a shadow across the roof).
