From the Tom Kent collection, and date is an estimate again.

I can't help thinking this looks like a hand, and that if you dug deeper you would find it attached to a big outstretched arm on a statue. But of who?

Records will show that the name for this monster is The Setter Stone.
This was taken looking west, the loch in the background is the Mill Loch, along side which, runs the road to the district of Cuesbay.
