Pipe Band in Co-op Square, Pierowall - circa 1930

A crowd has gathered in the Co-op Square, Pierowall, to see a Pipe Band, presumably from Kirkwall.
The vehicle at the extreme left is WFM Brown the Baker's bread delivery van. The horse-drawn van towards the centre belonged to R H Robertson, the merchant. Does anyone have any knowledge about the other two vehicles, or a more accurate estimate of when this photo was taken?

Comments:
The figure in the centre foreground bears a resemblance to Edgar Gibson, in which case this would be the Kirkwall City Pipe Band.
