The courtyard at the rear of Visit Orkney

This is the location for picture #2939 from 1917,
VisitOrkney and Foubister and Bain's courtyard as it appears today. I love that photo, the folk in it have such character!

Excellent! Same flagstones, same pipes on the wall, only the ivy has gone and Foubister & Bain must have splashed out on a new back door at some time.
