A picture taken after NE Farmers moved to Hatston and before the buildings were demolished for housing. Notice the flat roofed building on the left which was the old Orkney Builders Joiner Shop.

actually it was the old store and where the vans were kept at night, and where Ernest Firth kept his antiques before they went to Burray. The joiner shop was behind the office
