Unless the stones (shingle?) on which the skeleton is lying are larger than they look, these are the remains of quite a small animal, probably a juvenile. The skull is typical of a 'beaked' cetacean but, as a non-expert, I'd be just guessing if I went any further towards a 'diagnosis'.
