St Ola Hotel, 1931

There is very faint text along the bottom saying "dinner for the county show judges ____ ___ ___ 1931". There are a few words I cannot make out, the 1 may be a 7, but I think it's 1931.
I know the lady on the left is Mrs Ann W Stephen, sister of Andrew Johnston who bought the St Ola Hotel in 1924, she ran the business for him and 2 of her children, Wilie & Ella (Helen)helped and subsequently ran the business.
The middle lady is Dolly Stout.
We think the young man, second right is Jimmy Swanson who was lost serving on the Longhope Lifeboat that tragically never came home.
I'd really appreciate any other names, confirmation/corrections stories to this photo so that I can display it in the hotel today.

Comments:
I would love to see similar photos of the Ayr Hotel, which belonged to my grandfather, Robert Matches, from about 1937 to 1953. After his death it was run by his wife, Maggie Matches and her grandson Robert Swanney.
