I am conducting some family research and wonder if we might be related. My great grandmother was Eliza Bews b. 1850 in Orphir. Her parents were John Bews b.1820 in Stennis and Eliza Tait b.1824 in Orphir.I can go back two more generations to Peter Tait b.1731 and Mary Whitelay B. 1733 both born in Birsay. I am also related to the Sinclair and Hamilton families.
