This is a photo of the staff of the old school hostel, later renamed the Papdale Halls of Residence (used only by OIC staff) - my mother helpfully kept a note of the names behind the photo, but she couldn’t remember what year it was taken. Looking at the fashions it’s 1980s sometime, but when?
