With a floor that goes up and down. When I asked where the insulated cover was, I was tickled to learn that it is the floor - it is allowed to rise to the surface, and in principle is another useable floor space then!

Presumably if they were using the floor as an insulated cover, it would have to be allowed to rise *very* slowly!
