I now know that this is HMS Victorious in Lyness thanks to picture #26698, the date is estimated. It must be a Sunday or other School outing, the only person that I can possibly identify is the 2nd man from the right in the 2nd row from the back (with the woman behind him). He looks a bit like photos of my grandfather D L Eunson he died in 1948, I didn't know him, but I am not sure. It is from Edwin Eunson's photos.
