Stronsay China

With reference to picture #26940, I've long wondered what the 'logo' on the bottom is supposed to represent. I've finally decided it's a sea-lion. (Maybe this had something to do with the company's demise; mistaking a sea-lion for a true seal as found in and around Stronsay might suggest an enterprise slightly out of touch with reality.)
