A Flotta man I believe, havent a clue as to the date but lets say 1929. Would certainly be at the Salvaging of the German fleet.

If this young man is indeed a Flotta man he has a look aboot him o the Flett Family "O the Dam" could be ferly" wrong, have been afore!!.

Allan Simpson came fae Mounthoolie or Little Bu. Went to New Zealand and died there a few years ago..
