Harray War Memorial, probably at, or soon after, its unveiling - 1919? Photographer unknown.
It records a terrible toll on a parish, and particularly on the Newlands family, whose address is simply given as 'Harray'.

My Grandfather, John F Spence of the Black Watch. Died at Salonika on 18/19th May 1917.
