WW2 decoy control shelter?

I believe this may be a WW2 decoy control shelter, does anyone have further information. It's situated down the Burness Road in Firth.

Comments:
This, I've been told was the generator house to power the mock airfield at Burness, which was a decoy to guide the German bombers away from Hatston during the war Luckily for the people down the Burness road I dont think it did much business.

There was an identical setup on Fidge in Sanday. It was never used.
