With apologies for any name misspellings. At age 6 I knew the names but not necessarily the spelling! We had Mrs Mainland for both years at the Infant School. She emigrated after teaching us (to Australia or New Zealand?) so I guess we were a hard act to follow. See also picture 45 for another class in the same year.

The classes must have been reorganised later, as only some of these pupils were together in P6, 1969, my first class at Papdale. What a delightful bunch they were!
