Orkney County Council Staff - late 40s or early 50s

This I believe was the staff of the County Clerk's and Finance Departments - not so many as today! Known names are:
Back Row: Muriel Anderson; Barbara Pottinger; Lilly Brough.
Front Row: James Gibson; ?? ; Douglas Wood; ?? Eric Flett.
If anyone can identify the ladies in the front row or give a more accurate date I would be grateful.

Hello, I believe that this must have been early 40s. My father was Douglas Wood, I was born in 1954 and he certainly was a good 10 years older than in this photo.
