May I respectfully suggest that this photograph if of First World War vintage as at least five of the men are wearing the Territorial Force Imperial Service Badge on their right breast. This badge was instituted in 1912 and became obsolete when the Territorial Force became the Territorial Army 1921. It was awarded to members of the Territorial Force who were prepared to serve abroad mainly during World War One.
