Date is a guess 1920-30's. second photo of the same site. Pict House on a farm in Shapinsay taken from a slightly different angle,Photographed and then filled in so work could continue. Added by Phil Brough.

These two photos (22818 and 22817) were taken at Strathore Farm in Shapinsay by Harry Russell senior, where he worked as Farm Servant as a young man. He was obviously good with the camera as well as a good Farmer, especially with Horses. Added by Phil Brough.
