Hutchison, not Hutchinson. The building (formerly known as 'the sheepie') featured in the late Keith Floyd's TV programme 'Floyd on Orkney' in which Hutch cooked-up partan brie for our delectation.

Spot of finger-trouble there: I meant bree not brie. Partan bree isn't a variety of French cheese.
