Maybe a guess Alan but no far oot. I think this is the AL DANNY that ran to Flotta spring/ early summer 1975 carrying building supplies. She broke down while coming alongside the pier. Towed to Stromness for repairs by one of the Scapa shipping boats.

The Lifeboat was the relief (Southern Africa) berthed beside a coaster called the Aldanny which had engine problems at the time, maybe about 1975.
