The Morris Dancers made the day a lot more entertaining on the kirk green and even provided further entertainment to a couple of blackenings that were also taking place.

I went to see the Morris dancers on Monday afternoon, and was surprised at the mess which the Market Cross was in after the blackenings - molasses and mess everywhere, what a pity folk don't clean it up after them!
