The 'new' WR Tullock's

Picture taken on 6th December 1981. What kind of car is that? For some reason the word Simca comes to mind. Or is it a Fiat?

See picture #194 for Tullock's in 1910 and picture #294 for Tullock's in 1962
Picture added on 23 December 2005
Comments:
The car in question is a Simca 1100 possibly supplied by William Munro and Son, Invergordon

I remember Mr. McInnes the headmaster at Papdale Primary School had a blue Simca. Does anyone else remember it? it's maybe him in the picture!

Ah yes, the very popular, at the time, Simca 1100.Many memories of fixing them when I worked at Swanney's until 1991.Remenber how many of these cars lay at Ned Spence's place alongside the Harray Loch.

While thinking about the Simca I began to wonder whatever happened to those other rather unreliable favourites the Talbot Sunbeam, Chrysler Alpine, Talbot Rancho, Renault 20 & 30, Renault Fuego, BL Allegro and so on. But there were some nice old vehicles in the 70's and 80's. If I remember correctly Jeff had a Wolsley 2200 with leather seats - how about a new posting where you bung on a picture of your favourite old car ?

My dad used to work at that time. He remembers going to work one day and finding Tullocks burnt down!
