I have heard whispers that Kit Kats are the snack of choice at council meetings Steven. Maybe time to lay off them, I think you're getting an addiction... [That must be Shetland Islands Council you are thinking of Kevin - no fancy dan wrapped biscuits at the OIC, and I even brought my own teabags in- Steven]

How the other half live! Kit Kats and tea! Probably every hour, on the hour.
These Kit Kats in the photo wid be a bit o' a chew. They are byre slats made from very strong concrete, reinforced with high tensile steel rods.
