The harbour appears to be relatively clear of creels etc compared to the quantity to be found now.

Sometime late 50s I'd say by "Nissen" huts below left near where Ortak is now fairly fresh wind by reefed mainsail on "Rocket" in foreground.

I wonder if these "Nissen huts" are actually The Garrison Theatre?

Obviously no one has noticed that the above picture is identical to picture no.8423 by Raymond Grieve, which also contains comments re-Hatston Garrison Theatre.
How's that for a bit of detective work...not bad for a 74 year old.
