A lot of people were glad to see the old ww2 buildings go from the Orkney landscape in the 1980's when the council demolished a lot of wartime eyesores. Yes some were needed to be taken down for safety reasons but i think this building should have been saved. Anyone got any more of Skeabrae as not as much wartime photo's were taken compared to Twatt (Hms Tern).
