2 lifeboats moored together in the basin in August 2007. The one is the Kirkwall Lifeboat, anybody know what the other one is, and why was it here?

The Lifeboat 17-10 is the Lerwick Lifeboat either going to survey or on passage home from survey, (by the clean white line i would say the latter).
