The frame is up and Heddle Construction's Iron Fairy lends a hand. I see someone atop the frame ? and for the car spotters amongst you I recognise a grey Austin Maxi on the right. Maybe someone recognises the children.

The crane driver was the late Cecil Muir from Valdigar in Tankerness
