I found this photo amongst my father's old photos and have absolutely no idea who it is. I would reckon it was taken between 1967 and 1972. Can anyone identify the gentleman?

It looks like it is someone who works late, as it seems to be dark outside, and the clock says the time is ten to twelve.

It is THOM RENDALL HIS DAUGHTER IS NAISMI MARRIED TO JOHN FLETT WHO STAY IN DUNDAS CRES.THOM STAYED TOP O CLAY LOAN AND BEFORE THAT ROBERY FARM OUT ORPHIR ROAD OVERLOOKING SCAPA.I HAD A WEE LAUGH AT GORDIE [DETECTIVE]PETERSON COMMENT ABOVE THE CLOCK COULD BE STOPPED AND FOR SEEMING TO BE DARK OUTSIDE ITS BLOODY PITCH BLACK.
