'2 Union Street - this is a pretty blurry photo but it shows my uncle James Smith Wishart, as a young lad, standing on the stairs which led to the rooms upstairs above the stable at 2 Union Street, Kirkwall. This building was totally removed around the early 1950s. My uncle was born in 1914 and looks about age 15 to 17 in this photo so that would make the date of the photo around 1929 to 1931?'
