Am I correct in saying that the TA must have had the "Freedom if the City" conferred on them, which would have given them the right to march through Kirkwall with "bayonettes fixed"?

I beleieve the QOH were given the freedom of the City in the early 90's

The picture is of A`Coy, 2/51, Highlanders, TA.There are men from Orkney and Caithness, Golspie, Brora and others present at the parade.We marched in from Weyland camp to old police station where we fixed bayonets and marched down to Broad st to meet the Queen.The date is late 1980s.

Very inaccurate statements and what is the reference of the East Church when you are in front of the Cathedral and not mentioned. Re adjust.
