MV Sigurd's last trip. I think that the man on deck is John Hourie, an ex skipper of the Sigurd. He was retired but signed on as an extra hand for the trip.

Sorry about that Bill. Of course it should be S.S. As an ex OISC shipping clerk I should have known better. The Sigurd was Orkney's last steamship. She was broken up at Bo'ness in 1969.
